• Out-of-turn order with a tight deadline +50%
• Artist Rights: I retain the right to use any commissioned artwork for promotional purposes. I will never recolor or directly repurpose your commission for another client.
• Client Restrictions: You are not permitted to alter, edit, or use my work without my explicit prior consent.
• AI Prohibition: My artwork must not be used for any form of AI training, generation, or model creation.PAYMENT & PROCESS
• Payment Method: Payment is due in full upfront, via EasyStart or Boosty.
• Payment in USD or EUR!
• I would be very grateful for tips!!!
• Queue: Your commission joins the queue only after I receive full payment.
• Payment Plans: Available for commissions over $300 or regular commissioners.
• Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.WORKFLOW & REVISIONS
• Process: I work in defined stages and require your approval to proceed:
1. Sketch: A rough draft showing pose, basic shapes, and background layout.
2. Line Art & Flat Colors
3. Final Version (shading/rendering).
• Final Confirmation: Once you receive the final files and confirm no errors, the order is closed. I do not offer free corrections for oversights after stage approval.DELIVERY & USAGE
• You Receive Two Files:
1. Web version for online sharing.
2. Personal 4K HD version for private use.
• Copyright & Usage: I own the copyright to all artwork. You receive a Non-Commercial License, allowing you to:
• Post the web version online.
• Use it as a personal avatar.
• Print copies for yourself or friends.
• Commercial Rights: Available for an additional fee—please inquire.
• Custom Sizes/Print: Notify me beforehand if you need a specific size for print, as I typically work at web resolutions.
• File Formats: I do not provide layered source files.TIMELINE
• Completion typically takes 1 week to 1 month but can extend up to a maximum of 2 months, depending on my schedule, health, workload, and commission complexity.
• I work strictly in queue order, but I often work on two or three illustrations at the same time.REFUND POLICY
• No Refunds: All sales are final. I cannot issue refunds due to regional payment restrictions.
• Chargeback Policy: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving finished artwork will result in an immediate ban. Please respect artists' work.PERSONAL NOTE
